Data Deletion

If you created an account with Taleicare (including Facebook Login), you can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

Delete via the app (preferred)

1. Log in to Taleicare.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete my account (if available).
3. Confirm the deletion request.

Delete via email

If you cannot access the app, email us at support@taleicare.com with the subject“Delete my data”. Include:

• Your account email address
• Your full name
• Optionally, your Facebook profile URL or the email tied to your Facebook account

What we remove

Upon a verified request, we will permanently delete or anonymize your account and associated personal data from our systems (e.g. account profile, bookings you initiated or received, messages, and stored media like profile photos), except where we are required to retain data for legal or security reasons.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will confirm by email when your data has been removed.
