Terms of Service

By using Taleicare, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

  1. Eligibility: Users must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to enter contracts under Fijian law.
  2. Independent Providers: Taleicare is a neutral platform. Workers and businesses are not employees or representatives of Taleicare.
  3. Use of Platform: You agree to use the platform lawfully and not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
  4. Booking Cancellations:
    • Clients may cancel bookings within 2 hours of accepting a quote.
    • Workers and businesses must contact Taleicare support to cancel after a quote is accepted.
  5. Refunds: Refunds are subject to review and approval by Taleicare based on documented evidence and timing of cancellation.
  6. Dispute Resolution: Taleicare offers a basic dispute mediation service. All final decisions are made at Taleicare’s discretion.
  7. Data Collection: We collect user data for account verification, service coordination, and legal compliance. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  8. Privacy: We comply with the Fiji Online Safety Act 2018. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
  9. Taxes: All service providers are responsible for their own tax obligations and must comply with Fiji Revenue & Customs Service regulations.
  10. Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent behavior, or abusive conduct.
  11. Changes to Terms: These terms may be updated. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the latest version.
  12. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Fiji.
